A Graduate in Law from the University of Colombo and an Attorney-at-Law. He was called to the bar in 2001 and has extensive work experience within the field for over 20 Years. He was mostly involved in corporate administration during the last 2 decades including Legal & Regulatory Affairs, and is skilled in negotiation, Business Planning, and Team Building. He is a founding member of Fairway Holdings (PVT) LTD and headed Legal, Corporate/ Regulatory Affairs, Human Resources Management, Administration, and Imports Departments.

Further, in 2015, He became the Chairman of Property Development PLC - a listed subsidiary of Bank of Ceylon and was one of the youngest Chairpersons appointed to a listed company in Sri Lanka. He was also Chairman of Kolakadeniya Hydro Pvt Ltd and Atomic Energy Regulatory Council of Sri Lanka. Saminda is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport UK (CILT). He became a Director to the Mahapola Board of Management during 2002-2004, and prior to that, he worked at L.B. Finance PLC as Head of Real Estate Loan division. In 2019, He resigned from the Board of Fairway Holdings and commenced his own practice in these core areas – Legal Consultancy (Property/ Condominiums) and Regulatory Affairs. Presently he is reading for LL.M. – International Business (specialized in Finance) at Cardiff Metropolitan University UK and serves as a member of the ‘Condominium Law Review Committee’ appointed by the Ministry of Justice.

Nilushika Jayasekara has worked in Eric Rajapakse Opticians company Ltd for 10 years as group finance controller. She is a “Certified Business Accountant,” (Institute of Chartered Accountancy Sri Lanka), and is a fellow member of Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation. She completed her Human Resources management Special degree at University of Sri Jayawardanapura, and prior to joining with Eric Rajapakse Opticians, she obtained her Audit/Tax trainings at the audit firms Manohan & Sangakkara (Now SJMS Associates) and B.R. De Silva and Company.

Presently Nilushika is serving as the Proprietor of ‘Jayasekara Associates’, A Tax and Accounts Consultancy firm, in addition to serving as a Director of this Company.

Piyumi Uduwella - Manager Legal

A Graduate in Law from the Staffordshire University, United Kingdom and an Attorney-at-Law. Her responsibilities include appearing in court, drafting deeds, agreements and legal opinions, and handling of civil, commercial, and corporate matters. In addition, she carries out legal research and analysis, and prepares legal opinions and answers to questionnaires of foreign and local clients.

A graduate in BSc Hons Town and Country planning from the University of Moratuwa, specialized in Project Planning, Project Management, Environment Management Development Regulation, Regulatory affairs, and Real Estate Development & Infrastructure. He joined the firm in 2019 and formally he was a town planning trainer from Blue Ocean Group of companies and is now in all involved in all regulatory approvals from beginning to end of a construction project.
